The transition to XaaS as a business model changes a lot of things, not the least of which is content development. As the timeframe between software releases becomes ever shorter, this places additional pressure on education services organizations, whose content development organizations must keep pace with new releases. Adding to the pressure is the shift to micro-content, which means there's ever more content to develop. This increase in content volume and frequency of updates creates an untenable situation for many ES organizations. This report identifies how ES organizations are coping with this dual threat.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
