In 2019, TSIA Research saw a very competitive field of award submissions covering 12 different categories including one of the new Support Services categories, Transformation in Employee Engagement Experience and Loyalty.
This year’s winner, Ellucian, shared the process of transformation and how they have come to believe in "creating an inclusive workspace that values diversity and makes everyone feel like they belong.”
Identifying how the employee impacts the customer relationship, Ellucian implemented internal quality programs to increase employee engagement and loyalty, and with lessons learned, were able to decrease their voluntary attrition rate and increase employee satisfaction.
