The purpose of this report is to discuss the role analytics plays in automating and improving knowledge maintenance. We’ll specifically look at three methods companies use for greater insight and decision making: content gap analysis, knowledge usage analysis, and relevancy analysis. Organizations newly deploying a knowledge solution and/or program, or those trying their best to sustain an existing program, should consider the value analytics can bring to knowledge management success. In addition, business leaders should devise a roadmap to incorporate analytics into their program in 2020.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
