A robust delivery resource strategy is a critical factor for education services (ES) margin. A great way to augment delivery resources and extend the reach of the education organization is via an authorized training partner (ATP) program. This report discusses key practices and metrics that emerged from the TSIA Authorized Training Partner Survey. It identifies various monetization models and which are most popular, the average percentage of ES revenue contributed by ATPs, usage of ATPs by geography, and other critical information for maximizing the return on an ATP program.

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
