Offer development is a craft that most education organizations have not perfected. Part of the challenge is that many equate content development and the output of a course, or content of some type, as "the offer."

This report covers findings from the 2021 Education Services Offer Development Survey and also incorporates information from the "Perfecting the Craft of Offer Development" Business Challenge Accelerator Session, conducted during TSIA's May 2020 Interact conference.

The report identifies key practices and capabilities that education organizations must employ to mature from simple offer creation to more complex offers that provide customers greater value.  Additionally, this report discusses the importance of moving offers from a product-based focus (Level 1 and Level 2 supplier) to a value realization-based focus (Level 3 and Level 4 supplier).

TSIA is well worth the investment. This is the one place where you can come and get a fusion of ideas that you can then marry up to the goals and objectives of your organization and boil that down into several actionable plans that you can implement over the next 6 months to a year.
