This survey was designed to assess the early impact of COVID-19 on managed services businesses, examining key practices and metrics across all supporting functions, including offer management, sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success.
This report represents the full findings from this study, a summary of which was also presented in the accompanying 2020 webinar, "Managed Services Best Practices for the Pandemic and Beyond," and address questions such as:
