This document reports some of the key findings from the XaaS Offer & Pricing Design study. The study explored the responsibilities, practices and KPIs in the design and success monitoring of XaaS offerings and pricing and to identify key practices that correlate to XaaS growth and profitability.
This included the influence of complete offer design, vertical/segment alignment, strategic business objectives, pricing strategies, Integration with product design, offer design & pricing, approaches to financial modeling, post launch monitoring and adaptation, & revenue attribution practices.
