When XaaS members are considering the application of technology to address offers, productivity, engagement, and workflow, the first question they often ask is: “What are other TSIA members using for this?” This report is intended to answer that question, providing a list of the top installed products most relevant to XaaS product management within each of the relevant categories.This report derives information from TSIA’s 2018 Global Technology Survey and TSIA’s 2018 Product Management Technology Stack Survey. The combined results offer insights to the prioritized relevant technology categories for the XaaS product management community. These surveys tracked products already in wide adoption across the technology industry, such as customer relationship management and knowledge management, and recommended tools that have yet to find wide adoption in B2B organizations. For each layer and category of technology tools, a brief description is offered along with details of the top products adopted in 2018, their satisfaction ratings, and planned investment in 2018-2019.
