Over the past year, TSIA has seen a drastic increase in the amount of inquiries regarding employee engagement. We conducted member interviews and informal surveying to better understand why this topic is garnering additional attention and how the industry is addressing the growing concern over employee engagement. With the rise of Millennials in the workplace, 88% of companies surveyed are feeling pressure to revise their training and engagement programs to better meet the needs of the younger workforce.
