We collect personal information when you make your information known, such as by registering, authenticating, making purchases, or interacting with TSIA. If you do not make yourself known to TSIA, your use of our content and services is generally anonymous.
Your information may be supplemented with additional information from third party vendors such as publicly available information, information about your company, and other information which we may append or match to your record.
TSIA may also receive or collect certain technical information when you interact with our web sites and/or consume or purchase our Services. This may include: your browser or operating system, your manner of connecting to the Internet (including the type of device you are using) and the name of your Internet service provider or wireless carrier; your Internet protocol (IP) address; and data relating to malfunctions or problems occurring when you use TSIA websites. Additionally, we may collect information about other software on your device for the limited purpose of protecting your security or improving your online experience.
Your information is used to operate and improve our programs and services, fulfill your requests and communicate with you, conduct research, and personalize the content and advertisements provided to you.
TSIA does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
From time to time, TSIA may partner with other companies to jointly promote products or services. If you specifically express interest in a jointly-promoted product or service, TSIA may share data collected in connection with your expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). TSIA limits the business partners’ use of the information we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.
TSIA does not share data about attendees with business partners unless: (1) you specifically opt in to such sharing via an event registration form; or (2) you attend a Company event and allow TSIA or any of its designees to scan your attendee badge. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may choose not to opt in via event registration forms and elect not to have your badge scanned at TSIA events. If you choose to share your information with business partners in the manners described above, your information will be subject to the business partners’ respective privacy statements.
TSIA does not deliver third party online advertisements on our websites but we advertise our programs and services on others' websites. Please familiarize yourself with those website operators' or network advertisers' privacy policies to understand their practices relating to advertising, including what type of information they may collect about your Internet usage. TSIA does not provide any information relating to your usage of any TSIA websites to website operators or network advertisers. Some advertising networks we may use may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). Individuals may opt-out of targeted advertising delivered by NAI member ad networks by visiting www.networkadvertising.org.
By opting in to receive TSIA communications or alerts, you agree to receive on occasion other correspondence from TSIA related to the subscribed topics and other TSIA news and information that you consented to receive during registration, sign up, verbal communication or other online action. In addition, we may contact you regarding your membership status. This type of information is shared externally only in anonymous, aggregated form for generalized user analysis or to enable third party agents to send e-mails to you on our behalf. You will be contacted by e-mail or otherwise only by TSIA.
Our website also includes a feature that enables TSIA to send links to its content through e-mail at our users' request. The e-mail address(es) that you supply in connection with this service will be used only to send the requested content. They will not be reused for any purpose.
We may use (or may contract with service providers to use) various technologies to collect information about your activities on our Sites.
When you visit our Sites, we may assign your computer one or more "cookies." A cookie is a small text file that contains information that can later be read by us to facilitate your access to our Sites and personalize your online experience. For example, whenever you sign into our website, we will record your user ID in a cookie file on your computer. If applicable, we may also record your password in this cookie file, if you checked the box entitled "Remember me."

We may use standard Internet technology, such as Web beacons (also called clear GIFs or pixel tags), locally stored objects (often referred to as "flash cookies") and other similar technologies, to deliver or communicate with cookies and track your use of our Sites and content presented via the Sites. We also may include web beacons in e-mail messages or newsletters to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon. The information we obtain in this manner enables us to customize the programs and services we offer and measure the overall effectiveness of our online content and advertising campaigns.
Our systems do not currently respond to “do not track” signals from browser software. Nonetheless, we may change our policy in the future to make use of “do not track” signals if standards and applications become available to make effective use of them.
All payments made via the online payment system are final. Your contract or invoice outlines the cancellation, early termination or refund options offered on the services purchased. Please discuss any questions you may have prior to making the payment. TSIA does not collect any information submitted during the payment process. The payment processor for TSIA is PCI Compliant and is audited on an annual basis.
You should be aware that whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. TSIA is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the Site.
