Kimble Applications and Zimit Named Winners of TSIA’s Spring 2018 TechBEST Awards

Leading Organizations Honored at Technology Services World Conference in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, May 7, 2018 — The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology and services organizations, honored exhibiting partners Kimble Applications with the TechBEST Award for Best in Adoption, and Zimit with the TechBEST Award for Best in Satisfaction today at the Technology Services World conference in San Diego.

Each spring, TSIA conducts its annual Global Technology Survey to track adoption, satisfaction, and planned spending across 42 categories of tools and services that are being used within today’s service organizations. This survey aims to identify the solutions that are most popular with TSIA members, as well as ones that are gaining traction within the industry. TechBEST Awards were presented today at the Technology Services World conference to the companies that have received the highest marks based on the results of TSIA’s 13th annual Global Technology Survey in two categories: Best in Adoption and Best in Satisfaction.

The TechBEST Award for Best in Adoption was presented to the solution provider with the highest year-over-year adoption increase based on the results of the survey. The finalists for this category were Gainsight,, and Kimble Applications. Because they had an 8% adoption increase for professional services automation in 2018 compared to 2017, Kimble won the TechBEST Award for Best Adoption.

The TechBEST Award for Best in Satisfaction was presented to the solutions provider with the highest average customer satisfaction based on the results of the survey. This year’s finalists were Kimble Applications, Lithium, and Zimit. While all three of the finalists had CSAT scores at 4.5 or higher on a 5-point scale, Zimit won the TechBEST Award for Best in Satisfaction with an average CSAT score of 4.62.
