TSIA tracks and reports out on the performance of key industry segments to show macro trends in service and product revenues, margins and growth rates. The data and analysis are presented in live webinars by TSIA Executive Director, Thomas Lah:

  • The Service 50—a quarterly review of the financial performance of 50 of the largest technology solutions providers in the industry.

Benchmark Survey & Review

The TSIA Benchmark Survey is the core dataset that enables TSIA members to gauge their services business performance relative to their peers and the industry overall on core financial and operational measurements. These metrics allow service executives to understand the current state of their services business in clear, quantitative terms.

Upon submitting benchmarking data, a senior TSIA research executive provides expert analysis and assessment of an organization’s current performance in a customized readout that provides clear insight into strengths and key opportunities to improve a service business and how it compares to the industry and relevant peers.
