If you run a training business, how do you respond when executives give you a mandate to dramatically expand reach and target "next-generation learners" without hurting the bottom line...all with no increase in resources? For Juniper Networks, it took developing a new offering and embracing a very informal delivery vehicle to meet the challenge.

In this session you will hear how Juniper leveraged YouTube for its Learning Bytes program to dramatically expand reach. Learning Bytes are 8 to 12 minute video-based lessons recorded by internal and external SMEs focused on a single technical topic. They combine a small amount of theory with CLI/GUI demonstrations and enable learners to consume training as needed--all delivered in a free, informal channel. Through presentation and discussion you will learn about the challenges and benefits Juniper has seen from the Learning Bytes program and gain insight into how informal training might work for your technical offerings.
