TSIA conducted a mini-survey with Service Revenue Generation members to understand their practices with funding the research and development (R&D) function for their role in delivering value to maintenance customers (i.e., bug fixes, enhancements, etc.). This document summarizes six findings from the survey, along with TSIA's observations and recommendations.
