The transition from on-premise business models to XaaS business models is well underway. Revenues in these models are getting interesting. Even very large companies have 10% or more of total company revenues represented as technology subscription revenues. In this session, we will focus on strategies and tactics to ensure a slender fish as you transition to XaaS. That is, maximize revenues in the old and new models as well as utilize leverage to minimize costs.
