In this session, we will speak about how CallidusCloud transformed our Sales and Customer Support teams into a high-performing lead-to-money machine. Focusing on a complete customer experience throughout their entire lifecycle with CallidusCloud, we put together a transformation roadmap to prepare our cross-functional teams in fulfilling our goal-aligned business objectives. By partnering with TSIA and MHI Global, CallidusCloud followed a well-executed plan and was able to make the right investments to optimize our Sales and Support operations. This allowed our customers to maximize their CallidusCloud product investments, paving the way for new Callidus opportunities and ease of renewal.
