UI/UX Designer

The TSIA Creative Team is looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer who is able to tackle regular web content updates and also help lead larger web projects. This person has a deep understanding of the customer, their preferences, behaviors, and pain points. Must have in-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS and can code for web, along with its aesthetics, utility, and functionality, and especially the feel of the product.

  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns; includes microsites, landing pages, banners, and lead generation forms
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  • Create wireframes, and high-definition prototyping to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Work closely with creative team, marketing managers, and developers to ensure all implemented designs align with intended user experience
  • Leverage usability, conversion rates, and SEO reporting to identify opportunities which improve and/or expedite user experience
  • Continuously optimize both corporate sites for high-performance
  • Manage site navigation for optimal site architecture and SEO performance
  • Deliver complex website troubleshooting, issue assessment, and proactive steps for improvement
  • Apply established templates and style guides to innovative designs while adhering to the brand image
  • Onboard and mentor freelance designers on key responsibilities


  • Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • 3-5 years of web design proven experience
  • Knowledge in web design technologies (CSS, HTML, React JavaScript)
  • Proficient in industry-leading Content Management Systems
  • Knowledgeable in Bootstrap front-end tool kit
  • Knowledgeable in Kentico or similar ASP.NET Content Management System
  • Previous experience with user interface design programs such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, Figma, etc.
  • Previous experience in building and maintaining Design Systems
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • Proficient skills in Adobe CC
  • Experience collaborating with teams via project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, ClickUp, etc.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of usability and human-centered design principles
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design and technical competency

Soft Skills

  • Deep understanding of current design trends and technologies
  • Demonstrate strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, impact user experience
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead discovery, brainstorm, and ideation sessions.
  • Aptitude to foster cross-organization collaboration to reach project goals
  • Solid communication, documentation, and organization skills
  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a fluid, fast-paced, and agile environment
  • Comfortable in front of camera. High level of initiative, good sense of humor, and a “make it work” ethos

Non-Required but Useful

  • Knowledgeable in Kentico or similar ASP.NET Content Management System
  • Experience collaborating with teams via project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, ClickUp, etc.
  • Previous experience with Marketo or similar Marketing Automation Tool
  • Previous experience with Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management system
  • Previous collaboration experience with Marketing, IT, Product Team and Software Development teams
