Product Manager

You will be a key contributor to our growing product team, developing the next generation of TSIA’s complete product experience. This is an opportunity to apply innovative solutions that will allow us to expand our offerings and ultimately better serve the best technology companies in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage the user, compile feedback, evaluate effort/impact and develop the roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest needs of our customers.
  • Own the product life cycle (ideation, planning, quality assurance, go-to-market, measure, enhance, sunset), documenting relevant processes and changes.
  • Understand and communicate the strategic impact of products/features 
  • Be the resident expert and evangelist for owned product/features including internal team/customer training and adoption of updates, coordinating with other internal teams.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to define and differentiate owned products/features.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, navigate tradeoffs, align on priorities and deliver on time.
  • Collaborate with research executives, analysts, engineers, and marketers to define, plan, schedule, prioritize backlogs/tasks, applying creative and strategic thinking, technical and project management skills to satisfy project requirements.
  • Streamline the product life cycle across people, process and third party technologies.
  • Define MVP experiences, quickly learn and iterate based on customer feedback, and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a data driven approach to optimizing consumption/adoption, including developing and reporting on success metrics.
  • Cultivate interest and awareness of trends and best practices as related to the product management process and technology.

Your Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant product or program/project management experience in technology 
  • Firm understanding of the product life cycle with a focus on SaaS
  • Driven by deep customer empathy and curiosity to create exceptional experiences
  • A track record for managing product releases from concept to a successful go-to-market 
  • Experience defining requirements for web/application interfaces on multiple devices
  • Natural collaborator who partners with creative and technical teams to define, build, and maintain product success—team members want to work with you again
  • Verbal and written communication skills that influence positive change
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a need to validate your instincts with data
  • Able to take complex ideas and communicate clearly to diverse audiences with varying methodologies (Whiteboard, wireframe, prototype)
  • Self-starter, proactive learner, detail oriented and on the lookout for productivity hacks 
  • Thorough knowledge of leading operating systems (macOS/Windows) and office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) including Google Docs
  • Education: BaB.S./B.A. in business (MBA a plus), computer science, engineering, or analytics based social science (economics, sociology, psychology)
  • Nice to haves: Experience working in a Startup environment, comfortable conducting data analysis, willing to learn and/or experience working with large data sets (SQL)
