The Partner Success Manager is key to the overall success of the Partner Program at TSIA. You will build and maintain high level relationships with leading organizations in the technology industry, specifically sales, product, and marketing leaders. The right candidate will possess 3-5 years of sales, client services, and/or member/partner success experience. We’re looking for a strong relationship manager to oversee alliances between TSIA and top industry partners. Your primary responsibility is to work collaboratively with partners to improve the productivity and overall results of the TSIA Partner Program. With the help of the Director, Partner Development, you’ll develop and strengthen high level relationships with TSIA Partners to grow and drive revenue, increase the viability of the program, and increase business outcomes for both TSIA and its Partner ecosystem. Smart, diligent, organized, driven, and focused, you’re a taskmaster that loves working with people. You’re diligent and thorough and can deliver both strategically and tactically to grow revenue, build relationships, and deliver beyond expectations.
