Partner Success Manager

Position Overview

The Partner Success Manager is key to the overall success of the Partner Program at TSIA. You will build and maintain high level relationships with leading organizations in the technology industry, specifically sales, product, and marketing leaders. The right candidate will possess 3-5 years of sales, client services, and/or member/partner success experience. We’re looking for a strong relationship manager to oversee alliances between TSIA and top industry partners. Your primary responsibility is to work collaboratively with partners to improve the productivity and overall results of the TSIA Partner Program. With the help of the Director, Partner Development, you’ll develop and strengthen high level relationships with TSIA Partners to grow and drive revenue, increase the viability of the program, and increase business outcomes for both TSIA and its Partner ecosystem. You’re diligent and thorough and can deliver both strategically and tactically to grow revenue, build relationships, and deliver beyond expectations.


  • Become a trusted member of the Partner development team by participating in prospect and renewal meetings, helping to support deal execution, leveraging Partner program participation, and coaching partners on best practices.
  • Act as liaison between Partner and TSIA to facilitate effective two-way communication. Holds bi-annual meetings with each Partner to develop relationships to ensure a common vision and strategy between the Partner and TSIA is reached.
  • Oversee the TSIA Partner Program onboarding program from start to finish; this will include initial onboarding meeting, research briefing, and asset collection to ensure TSIA Partners are properly onboarded in a timely manner.
  • Management and organization of TSIA Partner Program deliverables for each Partner – this will require backend organization in Google docs, Salesforce, SalesLoft, SalesIntel, and more.
  • Introduce Partners to TSIA’s Partner Program digital experience, including their Partner Directory, best practices, and how to better integrate themselves into the TSIA digital experience.
  • Prospect potential TSIA Partners in collaboration with the Partner Sales Associate once a week to ensure the Partner Program is continuing to grow its pipeline
  • Manage and schedule meetings with Distinguished Researcher, VP, Technology Ecosystems and TSIA Partner upon request
  • Build relationships within TSIA to help deliver a consistent TSIA Partner Program message across multiple departments including: Marketing, Product, Conference, Research, and Membership
  • Takes leadership, manages, and supports the Partner team at TSIA conferences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in client/partner management, sales, or business development
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to create successful growth strategies as well as own and execute on strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated success at applying analytical skill to long-term business planning that results in tangible business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities combined with ability to clearly articulate complex business proposals and to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration skills that can quickly bring together Product, Marketing, Conference, Research, and Membership to execute against partnerships
  • Go-Getter, a strong entrepreneurial spirit and vigor
  • Represent TSIA at high level meetings both internally and externally
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • An affinity for action and self-initiative, superb organization and time management skills, self-discipline
  • A results-focus and metrics-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to balance a variety of activities to drive a high-volume of Partner interaction
  • A reputation for follow-up and persistence in challenging situations
  • Authentic relationship skills that earn the confidence of others
