JOB DESCRIPTION:

The primary focus of the role will be developing and executing the strategy for multi-channel demand generation to pull individuals through their buyer’s journey and increase virtual and in-person registrations of prospects and members at our semiannual conferences. This role also supports our webinar program and assists with partner marketing initiatives.

This role must be able to successfully build campaigns from the ground up with strategy based on data, best practice experience, and creativity. Equally important is constant analysis to determine modifications for ongoing improvement. The Marketing Demand Generation Manager helps bring TSIA’s value prop to life by writing compelling marketing copy across a range of media for all stages of the buying cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage strategic multi-channel marketing to pull prospects and customers through their buyer’s journey.
  • Work with Director, Virtual Conferences & Demand Generation and marketing stakeholders on strategy for: SEO and digital (PPC, display, retargeting, social ads), social media, PR, and blog much of which is executed by other marketing team members.
  • Create and test highly effective lead gen and nurturing campaigns utilizing marketing automation.
  • Cross-organizational collaboration, including ensuring we are constantly leveraging the voice of the customer and latest industry insights in our strategy.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests on emails, landing pages, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing team peers to create demand generation assets: testimonials, videos etc.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key metrics. Use engagement data and A/B testing to optimize.
  • Provide limited support to webinar program such as: email copy writing and development, project creation and management, data correlation and reporting, and creating registration pages along with formatting, publishing, and distributing presenter materials. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years B2B demand generation experience in tech. 
  • Event marketing experience (onsite or virtual) a big plus. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation systems integrated with a CRM (Salesforce).
  • Advanced writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills; exceptional writing skills across a range of media, including email, web, social and online ads.
  • Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative, but can also be strategic, process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation and communicate key milestones as progress is made.
  • Experience using programs like: Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and Marketo.
  • Willingness to travel to semiannual conferences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field.
