Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator to join our Demand Generation Team.

The primary focus of the role will be to own and manage our lead dashboard in Salesforce to ensure all incoming leads and contacts are reviewed in a timely manner and have correct data, are assigned a disposition, and attached to an account.

The secondary focus, as bandwidth permits, will be assisting the Demand Generation Team with the development and execution of inbound and outbound enterprise-level campaigns to pull prospects through their buyer’s journey.

A successful Marketing Demand Generation Coordinator will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited to build their skills to advance their career in Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all incoming leads are assigned a lead disposition and attached to an account, and existing contacts have an accurate disposition.
  • Append data on lead, contact, and account records.
  • Use tools and software for efficient results.
  • Execute reporting, including current status and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and optimistic work environment through collaboration, creativity, innovation, and execution of ideas.
  • Provide support to Demand Generation and Marketing team members as needed, including but not limited to email copywriting and development, creating and scheduling social media posts, and managing social media accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1 year or more of Marketing experience a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketing automation systems a plus.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
