Responsibilities:

TSIA is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join its growing Member Success team. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing member communications programs and strategy to drive client engagement and enable the business success of TSIA and its members. Specifically, this team member will:

  • Lead writing and maintaining email templates, creating email campaigns, designing and maintaining PowerPoint templates and developing digital content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management and other business stakeholders to develop a customer experience strategy for member communications across all channels
  • Monitor program effectiveness and pursue continuous improvement of the communications strategy to ensure tangible business outcomes

Candidate must be able to work independently with limited direction and supervision, while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously involving internal and external stakeholders.

Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • At least 5-10 years of B2B customer-facing marketing communications experience
  • Strategic approach with strong business acumen
  • Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience in both traditional and digital marketing communications
  • Demonstrated experience in email automation for B2B
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, sales teams, and other key areas across the company
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to a collaborative role
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Relevant industry experience in technology or consulting/professional services preferred
  • Ability to use enterprise-level technology such as Salesforce.com, email, database, and file-sharing technologies
