But which managed services KPIs should you be measuring in order to stay ahead of the competition, and what does healthy performance look like?
To answer these questions, we collected and analyzed benchmark data from our extensive managed services community to identify a baseline performance standard in managed services KPIs. This infographic shows a snapshot of that baseline, with the average performance of over 100 managed services providers we’ve benchmarked (including hardware/software OEM, managed SaaS providers, IT outsourcers and more) as well as the practices they implemented that led to these results.
