Every spring, I launch TSIA’s Global Technology Survey, which tracks adoption, satisfaction, and planned spending across 42 categories of tools and services that are being used within today’s service organizations. The results help us identify which solutions are most popular with TSIA members, as well as which ones are gaining traction within the industry. To recognize and celebrate the solutions providers that have received the highest marks in our 13th annual survey, I’m happy to say that we’ve brought back the TechBEST awards to TSW! Here are this year’s finalists and winners of the TechBEST Awards, which are presented in two categories: Best in Adoption, and Best in Satisfaction.
The Best in Adoption category presented to the solution provider with the highest year-over-year adoption growth in TSIA’s 13th annual Global Technology Survey.
This year’s winner is Kimble! Kimble Applications is a leading pure play Professional Services Automation (PSA) SaaS vendor. Kimble’s augmented intelligence framework helps drive customer-defined best practices that improve performance. As a new generation, customer-centric PSA, Kimble is usually natively embedded with Salesforce CRM, providing greater forward-looking insight that guides managers on how to accelerate growth. They won the TechBEST Best in Adoption award because they had an 8% adoption increase for professional services automation in 2018 compared to last year.
The award for Best in Satisfaction is presented to the solutions provider with the highest average customer satisfaction score in the survey.
This year’s winner for Best in Satisfaction is Zimit! Zimit is a platform for selling services and technology, aiming to replace uncertainty with real-time revenue forecasts and always updated resource demand. They replace spreadsheets with a solution catalog, guided selling, flexible quoting and pricing, quote analytics, simple approvals, and automated proposal content. While all of the finalists in this category had a CSAT average score of 4.5 or higher on a 5-point scale, Zimit wins with an average CSAT score of 4.62.
