MEMBER ONBOARDING

In order to help new members maximize the value they receive from their membership, TSIA provides an individualized onboarding experience for all new member organizations.

A one-hour virtual meeting for the core member team introduces key TSIA staff and orients team members to principal resources and services. The meeting is organized around a “First 90 Days” punch list of immediate action steps new members can take to maximize the value they receive in the first three months of membership.

New members also complete a brief survey assessing their interest in current research topics and describing their top priorities for the coming year. This survey enables TSIA staff to proactively direct relevant research and services to new members across the year based on their priorities and interests.
