The TechBEST Awards represent the ‘voice’ of the TSIA global community with these categories for 2014—Best in Satisfaction, Best in Adoption and Best in Show.
This category named three finalists who received the highest satisfaction scores from the TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption, planned spending and satisfaction. The three finalists were interviewed and each presented a demonstration at the TechBEST Showcase, led by TSIA vice president of technology and social research John Ragsdale, which was held on Monday at the spring TSW Best Practices conference.
This category identifies the three finalists who have been most successful in conveying how their solution will effect service operations, measured by year-over-year growth in adoption and market share scores from the TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption, planned spending and satisfaction. The three finalists will be interviewed and each will present a demonstration at the TechBEST Showcase, led by TSIA vice president of technology and social research John Ragsdale, which officially opens the fall TSW Service Transformations conference on Monday.
This category, open to all exhibiting companies, will be voted by the conference attendees from their visitations to sponsor exhibit spaces on Monday and Tuesday in the TSW | EXPO and will represent the 'People's Choice' as best of the best in the event.
At TSW, winners in each category are announced at the conference on Wednesday. Winners and finalists are also featured in press releases and receive the awards designation logo on their listing in the Services Technology Buyer’s Guide.
