In 2023, TSIA conducted two quick polls with the purpose of tracking the rapid development of AI capabilities in the technology industry. The purpose of these two polls was to give technology product owners and service offer leaders quick insights into the ways generative large language model (LLM) AI is being used in offering management, with an emphasis on deeper market discovery. This report will review key findings from those two polls, and will provide a picture of how rapidly AI is developing in this field.
