Inside Technology Services is TSIA’s quarterly electronic journal of technology services thought leadership and opinion, with contributions from TSIA staff, members, and partners. Services experts from around the globe discuss relevant and compelling topics related to today's technology services businesses. Technology Services Research Quarterly (TSRQ)
Technology Services Research Quarterly (TSRQ) is a review of
some of the most recently published TSIA Research. TSRQ is
offered quarterly both online and via e-mail; referenced research
articles are available to TSIA members only. TSRQ features
research-driven findings, insights, and frameworks that address the
biggest challenges—and opportunities—facing your services business. TSRQ
is currently published for each of three service disciplines—Field
Services, Professional Services, and Support Services—with each issue
featuring brief summaries of the latest research for that discipline.

Technology Services Community Insights
TSIA’s Technology Services Community Insights is your direct
line to technology services online networking. A quarterly
e-publication, Community Insights provides an overview of the
latest activity on TSIA’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter,
Facebook, YouTube,
and Technology
Services Forum, TSIA’s online community that is truly “all things
technology services.” Community Insights also showcases the
activities of TSIA’s Communities of Interest (COIs)—dynamic, organized
groups within the TSIA community that host regular online and off-line
activities to facilitate information exchange.
TSIA News
TSIA News is TSIA’s monthly publication that provides members
with the latest information on TSIA programs, events, members, and
communities. Currently available in separate issues for three of TSIA’s
service disciplines—Field Services, Professional Services, and Support
Services—TSIA News highlights important and timely updates on
TSIA Research, Webcasts, conferences, and certifications, news from our
online communities and about our members, and other items of interest to
our membership. TSIA News is your one-stop shop for keeping up
to date on significant TSIA happenings.

ConferenceNews is the official conference newsletter published by
TSIA, designed to keep you abreast of the latest information about
TSIA’s conference events:
Technology Services World (Silicon Valley in May and Las Vegas in
October) and Technology
Services Europe (spring). Published monthly, ConferenceNews is
relevant to both members and partners of TSIA, as it highlights key
details on these top industry conferences, including keynote and track
sessions, featured speakers, the conference agenda, the Technology
Services Expo, Expo Theater Sessions, networking and social events,
awards, and more.
