Event Marketing
Each year, TSIA hosts
one European and two U.S. (spring and fall) conferences. These events offer numerous opportunities
to interact with prospective and existing members of the TSIA community in the
major service disciplines served by TSIA:
education services, field services, professional services, and support
services. Attendance has been tracking from 750 to over 900 attendees at each
U.S. event and from 150 to 250 attendees at the European event.
Partners have several opportunities for participation:
- Technology Services Expo (exhibiting is required) – The Tech Expo exhibit hall hours provide dedicated time for demonstrations, presentations and meetings. The formal agenda offers unopposed exhibit times on the first two days of the conference, and concurrent hours on the third day. You may also schedule time in the Tech Expo with your customers and prospects during informal exhibit hours. Our conference survey results show that over 70% of the attendees plan to further evaluate solutions presented by our partners in the Tech Expo. All exhibiting partners are also eligible for the Recognized Innovator Awards . The Innovation Awards program continues to receive industry recognition and is highly regarded by our partners and members alike!
- Innovative Service Technologies Case Studies and Tech Expo Theater Solution Sessions – Case studies are for contracted partners to co-present with your customers. Each of these sessions is presented concurrently with our other breakout tracks. Solution sessions are for contracted partners to demonstrate their offerings with or without a customer co-presenter.
- Sponsorships – A variety of offerings at different price points, including: ConferenceNews, pre/post-conference featured partner email inclusion, meals, receptions, game card, conference bag, lanyard, cyber lounge, track, keynote, awards luncheon table, and Services Executive Dinner.
