TSIA has observed that PS organizations that pursue industrialized offerings can quickly create datasheets describing the offerings. However, without certain organizational capabilities, firmly in place, the offerings never reach their theoretical potential. In this report, TSIA recommends steps to improve the probability that an industrialized services effort will succeed.
