HP HAS ACHIEVED TSIA EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE OPERATIONS CERTIFICATION

HP is First Personal Computer and Printer Company in Asia Pacific and Japan to Receive TSIA Accolade in Service Excellence 

 

November 2010 – HP has achieved TSIA Excellence in Service Operations certification for personal computing and printing products in Asia Pacific and Japan. HP is the first personal computer and printer company to achieve this certification in Asia Pacific and Japan in 2010 for both consumer and commercial technical support.

 

"To achieve certification, HP Asia Pacific and Japan had to meet or exceed over 300 best practices criteria developed by TSIA and validated by 50 leading technology companies.  In addition, they had to pass a rigorous onsite audit conducted by service executives with more than 20 years experience,” said Tom Pridham, VP & GM TSIA. “When customers see the TSIA Excellence in Service Operations logo, they can be confident that HP has the people, processes and technology in place necessary to provide quality support.”
