presented by TSIA, have become world-renowned as the preeminent source of

per year, in the spring and fall, TSW conferences deliver strategic insights

Each conference features world-class keynote presentations. These keynotes provide attendees with an in-depth view of the key service strategies for success used by industry leaders. Technology Services World Silicon Valley is our annual U.S. spring conference, and its theme is Service Innovation. With a focus on future and emerging trends, TSW Silicon Valley features the new “Service Revolutions” event, the industry’s first and only showcase of the most innovative, game-changing ideas in tech services. On the third day of the conference, and in an American IdolTM meets DEMOTM setting, conference attendees watch a series of live demonstrations by the leading innovators in our industry, then vote to determine who wins.
Technology Services World Las Vegas takes place in the fall each year, and its theme is Best Practices. Oriented to the here-and-now realities of delivering world-class service and support, TSW Las Vegas features member case studies of success with current best practices—in service functions ranging from channel management and delivery, to sales, marketing, portfolio development, and operations.
