The TSIA research team offers a world-class inquiry services to our membership to provide you with ad hoc advice, data and consultation about any aspect of your services business.  Whether it’s a question about services technology or questions around your business or operations models, work with TSIA experts and draw on the TSIA knowledgebase to improve the operational excellent of your services organization, or simply validate what you are seeing in the market.

 

The inquiry service is included in every TSIA corporate membership.  Inquiries can be submitted via email, by filling out the online inquiry form or via phone calls to your membership development directors. 

 

The research team attempts to respond to all inquiries within two business days and will deliver the answer either via email or by a half-hour phone consultation.
