COMMUNITIES OF INTEREST
On-and Off-line Collaboration on Our Industry's Most Relevant Topics
Overview: Communities of Interest & Online Groups enable topic-oriented networking and collaboration. Often precursors to Communities of Interest, Online Groups consist of small groups of services practitioners organizing online around a particular issue—from Talent Management to Services Pricing. Communities of Interest (COIs) are most often member-led, TSIA-managed collaboration groups that focus on our industry’s most relevant topics. While the activities among our COIs and groups can vary, the goal remains the same: bring our best & brightest members together to collaborate!
Focus Areas: In addition to the diverse nature of COI and group activities, the range of focus areas, participating companies and TSIA members from around the world also benefit from the inherent diversity in this flexible program. Community members will find topics ranging from Partner Management to Services Engineering—and everything in between. And keep in mind; whether a COI or group has the need to be active for one month or twenty, we encourage our members to consider initiating new collaboration groups as the need arises.
Availability: Most COIs and groups are open and available to both TSIA members and members of the services community at large. However, only TSIA members can initiate a COI that will be managed under the TSIA umbrella, and TSIA member-protected content cannot be shared with non-TSIA members. Communities of Interest and Online Groups are organized around common business management disciplines within technology services and are collectively managed in a single location—the Tech Services Forum.
Getting Started: View the current line-up of available COIs and groups below, or contact Shawn Santos, TSIA’s Director of Programs & Community, to discuss initiating a collaboration group on a new topic.
