Parature offers an OnDemand customer service suite, including some extras you don’t normally find. As an example, in addition to contact, incident and problem management, Parature offers Web chat, download management, a customizable customer portal, survey creation and distribution, and even a package for launching online customer communities. With roots in a Cornell University project, the Parature platform was designed for the Web from the ground up, leveraging the OnDemand model to provide flexibility in deployment options, including both a professional and an enterprise edition.
