Convergys, Kopin, and The Verghis Group Named Winners of TSIA’s Recognized Innovator Awards
Top Providers Showcase Leadership in Services, Products, and Consulting
LAS VEGAS, NV, and SAN DIEGO, CA, October 26, 2011 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) honored Convergys, Kopin, and The Verghis Group as winners of its prestigious Recognized Innovator Awards today at the Technology Services World conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The winners were:
- Convergys Corporation — Innovation in Services
- Kopin Corporation — Innovation in Products
- The Verghis Group — Innovation in Consulting
In addition, DB Kay & Associates was awarded Best in Tour, as voted by attendees following the Innovation Tour at the conference. Conducted by John Ragsdale, TSIA vice president of technology research, the tour featured demos from all of the Recognized Innovator finalist companies.

The Recognized Innovator Awards are the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. The Recognized Innovators in each category were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members.
The next round of the Recognized Innovator awards program will be held in the spring of 2012, in conjunction with Technology Services World Silicon Valley.
