Lithium, nGenera CIM, InQuira Named Winners of TSIA’s Recognized Innovator Awards
Top providers showcase leadership in knowledge management, value-added services, and emerging channels.
SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 5, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) honored Lithium, nGenera CIM, and InQuira as winners of its prestigious Recognized Innovator Awards today at the Technology Services World conference in Silicon Valley.
The winners were:
- Lithium for Innovation in Knowledge Management
- nGenera CIM for Innovation in Value-Added Service
- InQuira for Innovation in Emerging Channels
In addition InQuira was awarded Best Innovation Demo as voted by attendees following the Innovation Tours at the conference. Conducted by TSIA's vice president of research, John Ragsdale, the tours featured demos from all of the Recognized Innovator finalist companies.
Describing the Recognized Innovator Award winners, Ragsdale explained, "These solutions providers really stand out as leading the way toward new service business models, offerings, and technologies that meet today's shifting technology landscape while boosting services revenue and operational efficiency."
The Recognized Innovator Awards are the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. The Recognized Innovators in each category were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members.
The next round of the Recognized Innovator awards program will be held this fall, in conjunction with Technology Services World Las Vegas.
