Kopin Corporation, Sykes Enterprises, Verint Witness Actionable Solutions Named Winners of TSIA’s Recognized Innovator Awards

LAS VEGAS, NV, October 20, 2010 – The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) honored Kopin Corporation, Sykes Enterprises, and Verint Witness Actionable Solutions as winners of its prestigious Recognized Innovator Awards today at the Technology Services World conference in Las Vegas.
The winners were:
- Sykes Enterprises for Service Economics
- Verint Witness Actionable Solutions for Customer Satisfaction
- Kopin Corporation for Mobility
In addition, Kopin Corporation was also awarded Best in Tour, as voted by attendees following the Innovation Tours at the conference. Conducted by TSIA's vice president of research, John Ragsdale, the tours featured demos from all of the Recognized Innovator finalist companies.
Describing the Recognized Innovator Award winners, Ragsdale explained, "These solutions providers really stand out as leading the way toward new service business models, offerings, and technologies that meet today's shifting technology landscape while boosting services revenue and operational efficiency."
The Recognized Innovator Awards are the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. The Recognized Innovators in each category were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members.
The next round of the Recognized Innovator awards program will be held in the spring of 2011, in conjunction with Technology Services World Silicon Valley.
