Recognized Innovator Awards honored technical support, professional

Innovation in Battling Complexity.
Rising complexity affects many areas of service and support operations;
this award acknowledges real-world examples of how technology or
services help companies thrive in complex environments.
Innovation in Closing the Consumption Gap. The Recognized Innovator in this category successfully demonstrates how the company has leveraged their technology or services to improve or accelerate product consumption by customers.
Innovation in Service Economics. Services executives are eager to identify new sources of revenue, and this award recognizes companies that deliver technology or services used to generate incremental services revenue or lower operational costs.
“These Recognized Innovators are raising the bar for the entire service and support industry by successfully leveraging innovative technologies to deliver clearly documented business impacts to member companies," said John Ragsdale, vice president of technology research for the associations.
Winners and finalists were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and association members. A report authored by Ragsdale detailing the winners and finalists in each category was distributed at the TSW conference.
