Stacey Epstein

As ServiceMax’s vice president of marketing, Stacey Epstein is responsible for the company’s global marketing function. She has extensive experience in generating demand, fueling growth, and building brand-name global recognition for technology companies. She brings two decades of SaaS, CRM, service management, and enterprise application experience to ServiceMax.
Most recently Epstein was the vice president of marketing communications at SuccessFactors, where she pioneered the marcomm function in 2005. She grew the team from zero to 30 marketing professionals who built a strong, globally recognized SaaS brand. She helped fuel the company’s growth from $10M in revenue and 300,000 users to over $125M and 4.5 million users in four years, and she was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO in 2007.
Prior to SuccessFactors, she was senior director of marketing for ServiceSource, a provider of service performance management, where she oversaw all marketing activities. Prior to ServiceSource, she served as director of marketing and business development at Extensity, where she was responsible for marketing communications, sales development, and all aspects of partner relationships and alliances for the company. She was instrumental in the company's IPO in 1999 and the subsequent acquisition by Geac. Prior to Extensity, she was a district sales manager at Clarify, Inc., a provider of CRM and field service software.
Epstein began her career at Oracle, where she spent six years in various sales, marketing, and business development roles. She holds a BA in English from Emory University, with additional coursework at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
