Michael R. Serpan is vice president of account management for the technology sector at Convergys Corporation, a global leader in relationship management. He is responsible for managing Convergys’ worldwide business relationships in the technology industry and a member of the Convergys executive team.
Serpan has 22 years of support experience and has held a series of increasingly responsible positions in the industry. In his prior positions with Convergys, he was vice president of program management with responsibility for the global technology sector, vice president of program management for the satellite industry sector, and vice president of business development and sales for technology.
Before joining Convergys, he was an independent consultant to the contact center industry and spent 10 years with AT&T holding a variety of positions in sales, marketing, and network engineering.
Serpan earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kansas State University.
