Dennis L. Gershowitz is vice president of client services for Anthony & Alexander, as well as principal of his own consulting firm, DG Associates. In both capacities, he provides a variety of consulting services to companies seeking to enhance their customer loyalty programs and understand more about their customers. He helps organizations develop improved tools for meeting customer expectations and assists with building or furthering their customer experience management (CEM) strategies.
Gershowitz has held key executive positions for such companies as Alfa Wassermann, Inc., Timbrel Systems, Olympus America Endoscopy Service Group, Medical Laboratory Automation, Technicon, and Coulter Electronics.
He holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and has received several industry awards in the area of services leadership, including Service Professional of the Year from AFSMI (a founding TSIA organization). He is a fellow at UNCW’s Cameron School of Business, and he is an accomplished speaker and writer in the areas of customer support and leadership.
